EU parlament pro premiera Recka (zdroj video z EU parlamentu ze dne 8.7.2015, preklad Kamil Knap)

Pan Tsiprasy, prosim podivejte se, nemusite se bat Evropskeho parlamentu. Slysel jsem o Vasem odmitnuti, ale ja rikam, ze takovy demokrat jako pan Tsipras se nemuze bat debaty. A vy jste tady! A ja mam z toho radost protoze je to v Evropskem parlementu, kdy poprve diskutujeme tento problem primo s Vami a ja myslim, ze tady nejsou zadne mozne reseni v pripade Recka a Eurozony kdyz nemaji podporu demokracie, anebo nejsou debatovany v demokracii a debatovane tady v Evropskem parlamentu. A to je to, co dnes delame.
I ja Vam chci rict, ze jste mel pravdu, co jste na zacatku rikal, ze “Rekove vynalozili neuveritelne usili” a ja vim, ze je to pravda! Ale problem neni tady, problem je v tom, ze Recka politicka elita nevynalozila dostatek snahy v pripade Recka. To je ten problem dnes! (potlesk).
A ja jsem nazloben, musim Vam to rict, protoze mluvite o reformach, ale my jsme nikdy neslyseli konkretni navrhy reforem! A ja jsem rovnez nazloben, protoze my se jiz pohybujeme smerem ke Grexitu (odchodu Recka z EUROzony). A je to jiz pet let, co se pomalu pohybujeme k odchodu Recka z Eurozony s pomoci snah a kroku, slysite je, extremnich pravicovych sil na konci (ukazuje na parlament).
A my nejenom, ze se pomalu pohybujeme ke Grexitu, ale posledni mesice my utikame ke Grexitu. To je muj pocit. Ale to nejste Vy, to nejsme my (clenove Evrpskeho parlamentu), kteri zaplatime ucet, ale budou to obycejni Rekove, kteri zaplati ucet Grexitu ve vysi 30-40 procent.
A tak, musim Vam rict, jestli se tomu chceme vyhnout, je tu jedna jedina cesta, kterou znate a to je, ze predstoupite pred nas v nasledujicich dnech, v nasledujicich 48 hodinach s dobrym reformnim balickem. A to neznaci, ze budete chcit ukoncit klientelizmus, to znamena, ze predlozite “roadmapu” (t.j. seznam kroku v casove souslednosti), ze udelate kalendar, ve kterem ukazete dny, ke kterym zavedete reformy, ktere my ted nutne potrebujeme v Recku.
 Nechte mne Vam rict 5 veci, ktere musite udelat! (potlesk, Tsipras si neco pise). Ja jsem dokonce pripravit leted do Aten a tam to s Vami diskutovat s touto verou, kterou mam. 1. Ukoncete klientelisticky system, musite pro toto zavest legislativu, ktera ted neexistuje a ne profitovat na klientelizmu, jako pred par tydny 13 reditelu ministerstva skolstvi melo byt nominovano ale jakousi shodou nahod 12 z nich bylo z Vasi strany Syriza a jenom jedem, kde jsme uplne nevedeli jake ma propojeni. Toto je realita. Vy vyuzivate system. Vy padate do pasce, pasce Pasoch, co byla rovnez velka strana, ktera mela zmenit Recko, ktera nakonec vyuzivala klientelisticky system po dobu let pro svuj prospech. Musite zmesit statni sektor. Ja vim, je to velmi tezke pro levicoveho politika, ale musi se to stat. Protoze 800.000 statnich zamestnancu, to nemuze fungovat (Recko ma asi 10 milionu lidi, aktivnich rekneme 5 milionu, pak je to temer 16% ze vsech pracujicich). Vy, pane Tsipras, vy musite transformovat system verejnych bank na privatni banky, musite otevrit trhy a profese pro Vase lidi. Nemate legislativu, dejte ji na stul a otevrte alespon 10 zamestnani, ktere jsou pored zavrena ve Vasi zemi. (potlesk). A nakonec, nakonec skoncete, navrhnete ukonceni vysad ve Vasi zemi. Privilegia vlastniku lodi, privilegia armady, privilegie ortodoxni cirkve ve Vasi zemi! (potlesk)
 Privilegie, ok, vy mate radi privilegia (obraci se na cast parlamentu), vy mate radi privilegie a to je ok (posmesne). Ale ja je rad nemam. Privilegie Reckych ostrovu, privilegie politickych stran, aby se nezapomelo, ktere dostavaji penize a uvery z verejnych bank jako rovnez Syriza, Vase strana, ktera podobne penize obdrzela. Co ja od Vas chci, aby jste toto vsechno dal dohromady do balicku a predlozte pred nas v nasledujicich dnech a ja jsem si jisty, ze z druhe strany, od Evropske unie  my budeme pripraveni najit reseni pro dluh a vsehcny tyto problemy.
Ale musi to byt udelano takhle a Vy to muzete udelat protoze nebyl premier v Recku s tak silnym mandatem jako Vy. Vy mate vlastne dvojity mandat. Vyhral jste volby a vyhral jste referendum. Takze jste v jedinecne situaci, v jedinecne moznosti v Recku predlozit a schvalit tento system.
A ja to rikam, my rovnez mame svoji odpovednost. My musime pripravit, podle meho nazoru, uverove financovani cislo 3 jak rychle to bude mozne. Ale prvni veci prvne. Vy musite prijist s Vasim balickem reforem. Toto neni diskuze o kureti a vejci damy a panove! A vy mate pravo volby a to je moje shrnuti:

 Volbu kterou mate lze popsat jednoduse. Jak se chcete zapsat? Jako volebni chyba ktera udelala vlastni lidi chudsimi ve vlastni zemi, anebo chcete by zapsan, pane Tsiprasy, jako skutecny revolucni reformator v tradici Trikoupise reformatora? V tradici Trikoupise a Eliseose, nemluvim ted o tom novem, ale o tom skutecnem Eliseosovi, velkem vudci mezi dvema svetovymi valkami, ktery zmodernizoval tuto zemi, liberal ktery zmodernizoval administrativu. To je ta volba, kterou musite zvolit. A ja vim, co Vasi lide chteji. 80% Vasich lidi chce zustat v Evrope a v Eurozone, takze ukazte, co muzete udelat, ukazte, ze jste skutecny lidr a ne falesny prorok!. Udelejte to! (potlesk)

Greece - the future

Following my own, personal knowledge the future of the Greece could be following:
-> lets presume that Greek people will say no or their yes will be understood as no :)

1. There will be not ATM on next week to open with EUR there

2. The new currency, call it Drachma (so it can continue the name) will be announced 1:1 to EUR. Therefore no Greek will loose his/hers savings. In the moment of the opened ATM there will be Drachma 1:1 to EUR
 
3. People will, automatically, try to sell the drachma to EUR. The problem will be, that first the government needs to have some cash to pay it's dues from international trade and financial marketa/

4. The move of finance will be released around 9:10

5. The value of the Drachma will fall down to 2 Drachma for 1 EUR

6. Al Greeks will be hungry for EUR and will purchase EUR from their accounts

7. The value of Drachma will fall to 3 Drachma for 1 EUR.

Therefore it is not a good time to get to Greece in short term. Prices will jump, both in EUR and in local currency. People will ask you for the money on the street and try to sell u as much as possible.

Also a local government will fall and there will be run on Mr. Tsipras government.

-> than the only solution for the government of Greece now is to accept the EU measures. As I presume they want to keep their chairs and show they had done all they could.

How to decrease prices in China

Decreasing of the prices in China is essential. It is a well known secret, that for last years the prices for China purchase increased year by year and if you purchase department is telling you it is so, than as time to change it is here.

Following things is must, you may have other experience, it is my own personal best practice:
1. get phone you can call for cheap - not cell phone, but IP phone for example (usually a few cents a minute to China)
2. get your Skype with video work
3. have an assistant with you, that speaks Chinese. You may need him/her once they will try to tell you they dont speak or understand
4. prepare the price structure in following years + the products you are buying => make a presentation from it, so once you call you have a slide in front of you wit all necessary info
5. understand the different time zone structure + different national holidays structure
6. be prepared to make a notice from every meeting + send them on the email of both you and your Chinese partner
7. Do not to try the approach of I need 10% decrease, so I tell them 20%. It is not good and they will feel you are in not knowing what you want
8. Be hard on your expectation, but be friendly
9. Always ask them to help you and also never ever tell them it is ok for you to finish the cooperation (usually you know each other for very long + you know the quality, once replaced you may be crying of what you got)
10. Be prepared to be annoying. Sometimes even a 6 phone calls will get you what you want.
11. Try to understand what is happening and what problems they have. It is important to care.
12. Thank you all the time the talk to you

We had been suffering from the price increase in last few years a lot. Every 1% you save in purchase is already making a 2,5% sales. You must get it! Do not push sales, if your purchase is bad. Than no profit is created. And also understand, that paying a 5% to your sales is more expensive, than paying a 10% of what was saved to purchase.
