2022-09-17 Increase in Value added and Ebitda

Company came to moment of need of increase in value added and EBITDA. Being over zero is not enough, now it is time to make all stakeholders excited.

I have decided to make 3 lawyer approach. Lets say you want to increase your EBITDA by 12:
1. Increase by 4 in more value added. By services with higher potential for company and higher payment by customers 
2. Increase by 4 in more sales. To get more customers to reach that extra level.
3. Decrease in costs by 4.

All 3 points are no easy, but achievable. Lets look on all 3 of them.
Efectivity is the most important.  There are so many resources wasted in the company. Find them! On our side it is in reporting, it is in better quality and timing of the processes and, in the end of less pressure on top, but more pressure on bottom. Getting it where it needs to be. Also using what we have and get it reliable. Also finally get licenses in a states we need. A huge task!

Sales. That one shall be achieved by getting more customers. Get us something that will generate more 4, more portoflio. Maybe a medium size 8mio portoflio to purchase? Also charging more fees.

Costs. Get that 4k and understand where. Maybe rent, maybe payment processment, maybe employee taxes, maybe Skiptracing tool, maybe letter costs, maybe travelling, maybe 2nd addrress, maybe bank fees, maybe licences, maybe government help, maybe subscriptions, maybe more time tracking of people. All little helps to achieve 4.

Get the task done! it is worth it.
