I did always wish to build a company that will be exciting, new, have a good vision and motivated people to work for. Company driven by idea, but willingness to do extra and to decrease amount of steps sideways due to misunderstandings or bad decisions.

Having company.

The most exciting thing about the company is the ability to listen. U are responsible and able to make deals. Even the deal sounds crazy, if you listen to your customers - you will hear that. Analyze, listen, hang around. And deals will show. If they will not adapt, change and keep changing. 

Hybrid is the flexibility. And that is what today's world needs. Two flavors, not only salty or only spicy. Salty and spicy.

And a lot of perseverance and little of luck.

Business development is critical for every company. If it is new and startup, if it on growing stage or of it is already matured. And many companies, even with great idea and good solution do fail in this task.

Unfortunately and luckily it is that uncomfortable step. I did always overtake it with focusing on what I represent, on the product and try to learn about the product. I am afraid, as demand is changing that finalized product sold by business developers will be falling as they do not have all the flexibility to change one part or keep the philosophy of the product, but rename it.

I love to learn and I know only small part of the whole circle. Taking risk is for proud and strong underwriters that stand infront of the market and make sure it all makes sense. And I see us to stand behind them, not to let them to loose their ground and keep swiping many of the missed opportunities of funding without ability of willingness to repay.

Therefore I have to face investors, banks and investment funds, customers and also internal team to make sure all are aligned. To take the message from the market, put in the environment of our company, keep listening to the market and only then introduce it to our procesure. Investors are excited if you stand your ground and u know you try your best. And you keep them well aware you care.

Sport is important part of business. Not because of you do business there, but because u feel confident event to loose your face infront of your future partners. Because if you can do that and if you show them u are not perfect you can start to build trust.

And "trust empowers"
